I would not suggest that anyone try to communicate this woman in order to foster a sexual relationship...or any type of relationship. Women like this can literally live off of the men they scam into sending them money.

They not only have a list of all the scamming international introduction companies that will just take your money, but also a massive list of names of women who have been known to scam men. You can go there and add this woman if she is really a scam artist! The site also has a short list of the respectable introduction and tour services that actually care about customer service and satisfaction.
Stay away from women like this! Don't waste your time and/or money!
