I would assume that lots of foreplay would work. And don't rush things. I would say draw it out and make it an entire weekend, where you don't have to worry about time/length, ect. Go on holidays or something and then by the end of the weekend and after doing tons of other stuff (oral, ect) so that she's comfortable with that, try penetration. Plus, I would stay away from any vigourous thrusting!!!
