Fears of First Intercourse!!HELP!!!

 Hi,

Im 30 years old and just got married,My husband a didnt consumate the marriage coz Im so scared of the First penetration. I am a virgin and never used tampoons, I was brought up in a very strong Christian conservative home. please help me what to do in first time sex that will not be painful for me. I ride bicycles, is it possible that my hymen is not intact anymore? I want to have intercourse with my husband but fears in my head is stopping me. Please help me. Thanks.
