I had a friend who went on a tour to ukraine with a foreign affair and had a blast, he didn't end up marrying anyone but he said it was so much fun and the company took care of everything. He told me it's worth the money.

My experience

Curretly now I use the service of balticmarriage agency, located in Latvia. It's easy for me to come there, no need in visa, there was always a problem for Ukraine.
I'm quite satisfied with them, I have my own manager there and can contact with them in any time, which is quite comfortable.
