there was another forum in here that has a problem wiht premature enjeculation. and here's an advice you'll LOVE to here. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE! you have to practice in learning how to control yourself. most guys i believe to masterbate, and from now on, when you DO! try to slow it down. don't stroke yourself too fast and wanting to cum to fast. whenever you feel like you are goign to cum, stop for a few seconds until the pressure is off! then slowly and gently do it again. if you ever really think you are goign to cum! try to pinch the head of your penis lightly and it should help lower your pressure to cum. and of course this other advice is not what most men like, try to not focus on wanting to "fuck her brains out" or anything too sexual. it does help thinking about something else. but of course, this will take any joy out of sex. the best thing is practice. and of course by doing mroe foreplay and pleasuring her first, would make it so your gf will never complain about you ejaculating too early! good luck, i hope it helps!
