i have anal sex all the time, its lyke my fave kind of sex. wut i do, and it dont even hurt or nothing, is before doing it... lyke before the guy comes over... I take a toothbrush( that i bought specifically for this purpose) and I use some minty toothpast and water and I kinda stick it in there and clean it all up. it works lyke a charm for me. It may sound silly, but my guy NEVR complains about anythng brown and unpleasent wen we have sex... he actually complimented me on my hygiene.
If you lube up inside before performing this act and he lubes before inserting his penis in you, You will have no problem with anything sticking to his penis when he pulls out. Also a good "flushing" will aid in any doubts you have about the issue also.
