It is getting 1 year since we got married. We were in a relationship for a couple of years and got married last year. But now everything turned into a downward spiral. We are going to get divorced. Actually, even now I love him but he is saying that he is bored to live with me. I thought it is better to get divorced because he has lots of girlfriends and he invites them home when I am not there. But I am the loser here because we had signed a marriage contract, since he is an orphan, I thought to have an equal share in everything and I signed a contract saying we both have an equal share in all properties. Actually, our house and car were a gift from my parents for our marriage. What can I do now?
