new here. just started divorce. reall need referral.
i have a broken hand, so forgive my grammar. my ex (soon to be) referred to as STBE took our son out of the home on nov. 22 and refuses to let me see him or talk to him. my lawyer took all my money, milked me dry but did nothing. i have a history of depression and one veiled suicide attempt that he is using as an excuse. all of a sudden i'm not to be trusted around him. he knew i was going to get him on abuse which he started on our son 3. that was it. i had to divorce him. since i filed for an emergency order to show cause, to get my son back he came up with a fairy tale of lies and his lawyer was going to be out of town so the order was rejected. husband not paying bills either. i was a sahm. so no income. great resume though--prior manager in corp. in wi until a court orders custody either parent can keep minor w/o repercussions. anyone know of a great attorney in milwaukee area that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? all my credit cards are maxed now. have to go to dad. he is a senior citizen living on ss. don't use john p savage...bad guy and do nothing lawyer. there are so many attorney's, i would appreciate a referral.
